FAVORITE FOOD: Crawfish Efouffee; Fried Crawfish Salad -- As Louisianans we know good Cajun food and this is excellent! The servings were large!

OTHER GREAT FOODS: Probably everything on the menu, but the 2 things above were the only ones we could try.

SERVER: Misty who was very pleasant, efficient, and accomodating. When the draft was uncomfortable for one of our party, Misty cheerfully found another excellent location.

SERVICE: Very Good

UNIQUE FEATURES: When we told Misty one member of our party was having a birthday celebration, she arranged a complimentary slice of delicious cheese cake and a round of Happy Birthday. Thank you, Misty!

COMMENTS: Dorcheat is under new ownership and management. They are doing a very good job and have overcome many of the deficiencies of the restaurant when it was the Bayou Inn, yet they have kept the delicious recipes.

Good food and good service--we'll be back! The seafood was so good we will have to return to try the grilled items.
