ONE OF THE DATES WE VISITED THE RESTAURANT: October 9, 2012
PRICE RANGE: Moderate to Pricey
FAVORITE FOOD: Baked potato
OTHER GREAT FOODS: Hush puppies (I would have liked them better with just a touch of ground red pepper.)
FOOD WE LIKED LEAST: Grilled onions. (These were served with the grilled catfish. The onions were cooked al dente, which was not bad, but they were not warm.)
MOST OUTSTANDING FEATURE: The scenery outside. (Too bad we went late. I didn't get a good look at the watermill. Also I didn't know the name of the body of water, since I was visiting from Louisiana. The server said it was Nose Creek [?] I think. It would have been good to read or hear a little history about the place.)
APPEARANCE: Clean. More information about the place shown in photos or newspaper clippings would have been helpful.
SERVICE: Efficient, but not personable.
UNIQUE FEATURES: The Waterwheel.
