FAVORITE FOOD: White Chocolate Bread Pudding!, Crawfish Cornbread, and the list goes on and on!

OTHER GREAT FOODS: Herb Encrusted Drum; Their House salad dressing which should also be used as a dipping sauce for their delicious bread.

FOOD WE LIKED LEAST: The Grapevine doesn't have ANY mediocre food!

MOST OUTSTANDING FEATURE: The signature dishes and featured Louisiana artists' artwork on the walls.

APPEARANCE: Very Clean

SERVER: Michelle

SERVICE: Excellent

UNIQUE FEATURES: They have an excellent band on weekend evenings.

FAVORITE FOOD: Blackened Tuna LaFitte; Blackened Red Snapper; Their "to-die-for-chocolate-dessert," New Orleans Mudslide; Seafood Bisque; and Crawfish Etouffee

OTHER GREAT FOODS: Crawfish Jambalaya; Bread Pudding; Crawfish Poboys; Stuffed Grilled Catfish (on the lunch)

FOOD WE LIKED LEAST: Gabbeaux's doesn't have any mediocre food!

MOST OUTSTANDING FEATURE: Their New Orleans style and inspired food AND service are both outstanding.

SPECIALS: Vary—call for current ones

APPEARANCE: Clean but ethnic "N' awlins" decor

SERVER: Kym

SERVICE: Excellent. Certainly the other members of the waitstaff are as helpful and gracious, but Kym is SO GOOD, we call ahead just to be sure she will be there when we want to dine at Gabbeaux's! All the staff are such fine people, AND they are drug free and sober. . . AND that DOES make an important difference.

UNIQUE FEATURES: Gabbeaux's is simply an excellent place for casual dining.

COMMENTS: Great food and great service; we'll be back again and again! We are told the owners are planning expansion and remodeling which will allow them to serve more customers that GREAT food. We are also told they will NOT be cheapening the recipes. Check out their website www.gabbeauxs.com
