COMMENTS:
The evening I ate at Frilly's there were only three diners present. On the website are plates of beautiful food. The only picture of a building is a scene on Bourbon Street, New Orleans. Nothing on the website prepares the potential client for the appearance of the actual place. On the Facebook page are pictures of the restaurant.
